REFFLEX® Tools
Sophisticated tools are available for preparing the best quality connections with REFFLEX® hoses and fittings.
The work bench tool is the ideal choice for series production, while the hand held tool does the job on site.
For the DN-5.0 range with crimping fittings an electrical crimping tool is available, for even faster installation
Small tube cutter
Small tube cutter for our DN-2.0 flexible hose.
For cutting the 5.0 (or larger) tube you are advised to use the heavy duty cutter 200639.

Hand held crimping tool
Hand held crimping tool, suitable for our DN-2.0 system only (aluminium crimping sleeves). For pressing the DN-5.0 fittings you will at least have to use the HD work bench tool 200636.

HD tube cutter
Heavy duty tube cutter. Suitable for both our DN-2.0 and DN-5.0 system tube. The knife on this tool can be replaced (spare knives are available).

HD Workbench tool
Heavy duty crimping tool for both our DN-2.0 and DN-5.0 crimping system. This tool has to be placed in a vice for proper usage. Before pressing the DN-5.0 fittings you will have to use the pre-assembling tools 200627 or 200637, the DN-2.0 fittings can be pre-assembled by hand.

Pre-assembly tool
Pre-assembling tool for our DN-5.0 crimping system, 1/4" flare fittings (200627) or 3/8" flare fittings (200637).
Before crimping the stainless steel sleeve you will have to use this tool. Only after inserting the fitting with this tool you are ready to crimp the sleeve using e.g. our work bench tool 200636 or 203640.

Battery powered crimping tool
Battery powered, hand-held hydraulic crimping tool (60kN; Milwaukee M18 ONEHCCT60), suitable for our DN-5.0 system only (stainless steel crimping sleeves). The tool is delivered complete with special REFFLEX® crimping dies.
Note: delivered without battery pack outside EU.
